1) Do you ship Worldwide? 

Yes, we offer Worldwide Shipping!

2) How long will it take for my Order to get shipped? 

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from our warehouse after receiving the order.

Shipping estimates are 5-7 days

3) Shipping estimates might increase for your order during Public Holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing /delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas).  

4) Once the package has been shipped and dispatched from the warehouse, any customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays are not held accountable by us. 

5) IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES 

Extra charges like Import tax, duties and related Customs fees if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details. 

DOES BEAUTY BY ZENE PROVIDE RETURNS ON ITS PRODUCTS? 

Yes because we’re committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of BEAUTY BY ZENE before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!

Most of our products are covered with Return policy so if you discover a misprint/damage/defect with the product you have received, please take Videos and pictures of the defect and contact us within 7 days upon receiving the order. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are Satisfied.

Please note Some products cannot be returned once they are opened and All the Returns will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our Return eligible criteria above.

All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team for Product Exchange. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
